So I was all psyched to write a post on how I cannot wait to get back to teaching after the enlightening in-service I attended today, plus my color guard practice went great and it looks like they will do very well this year, but when Wes and I got home today, it was to a broken upstairs air conditioner.
Wes messed with the air conditioner trying everything he could think of and it is still broken. At least the downstairs air conditioner works. We are going to camp out in the living room tonight. I get to spend one of my last three days off calling different people to fix the air conditioner. Not to mention that I totally didn't budget for this (our house is only 1.5 years old -- we bought it while it was still being built).
I guess it just goes to show that sometimes there are other plans for you out there. I also guess this is what I get for complaining about being bored the last few weeks.
